Returns

  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:

  • Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable: such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.

Our Courier Partners will attempt to deliver one time, and mostly a second time. If after that, it's not successful our courier partners may charge for a third delivery attempt, especially if : 

  • Incorrect or insufficient address 

  • Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises

  • Refusal to accept products

  • Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself

  • Incorrect contact details disabling the delivery personnel to reach the customer

  • Force majeure event or civil disturbances event


Tracking numbers, if available, will be automatically e-mailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Our packages are not insured for damage in transit, and damages are the responsibility of the courier partner. You need to check the parcel/packet while accepting it and reject any damaged packages, sending us a picture of the same,
